Who is the Osphena comercial aiming for?

I Have been seeing the commercial all over Hulu lately. It shows a post menopausal woman looking seductively into the camera talking about feminine dryness. The first time I saw this commercial I thought who is she talking to. The next time I saw it, I thought why is she unbuttoning her blouse and lying on a bed. I started to get a little uncomfortable with this cougar, attractive as she may be, coming on to me. If the target audience is women, then why the heavy duty seduction. Are they hoping men well pressure their mates to start using the stuff?
